I have worked on my gluten free recipe for 2 years and they are ready for the main stage. They are a bit smaller than the original showstopper and many have commented that they are “the best gluten free cookie” they’ve evert had. Ingredients: Bob’s 1 to 1 gf flour, almond flour, cream cheese, bittersweet and semisweet Guittard chocolate, organic white and brown sugars, Maldon salt, unsalted butter, local/free range eggs, my homemade vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt. GF cookies are made using separate tools, but the kitchen is not Celiac-safe.
